This unrooted Bayesian phylogeny shows that the three nanos zinc finger domains identified in the animal parasites Ancylostoma caninum and Dictyocaulus viviparus do not cluster with nanos zinc finger-like sequences from Caenorhabditis elegans. The branches are coloured corresponding to the Bayesian posterior probability, with pp of 0.98<pp<1.00 coloured red.
