Description of the data and file structure
DNA sequencing of two nuclear (ITS and Xdh) and four chloroplast gene regions (trnD-trnE, psbA-trnH, trnT-trnL, partial matK gene) from 74 accessions of the Bulbophyllum lobbii complex (14 spp.) for molecular phylogenetic, biogeographical and diversification rate analysis.
