Abstract
This dataset presents high-resolution measurements of methane (CH4) fluxes and associated environmental variables from a boreal mire complex in Northern Sweden. The dataset encompasses three years of continuous monitoring (2020-2022) using a network of four eddy-covariance flux towers, providing comprehensive spatial and temporal data on ecosystem-scale methane dynamics.

Overview
This dataset presents high-resolution measurements of carbon and methane fluxes from four boreal mire sites in Sweden, collected between 2020 and 2022. The data encompass ecosystem-scale measurements of net ecosystem exchange, methane fluxes, and supporting environmental variables.

Folder 1: Halfhourly Fluxes and Biomet Data

Data Collection Methods
- Half-hourly measurements of carbon and methane fluxes based on eddy covariance flux measurements using four tower sites
- Sentinel-2 satellite-derived NDVI (using google earth engine)
- Peat pore methane concentration sampling from May to September 2022
Data Quality
- Missing data is represented by nothing between commas and automatically recognized as missing data (NA) when uploaded in R for instance
- Gapfilled data clearly marked in quality columns
- Measurements follow standardized ecological monitoring protocols
