To deposit data, simply mail it to submit@datadryad.org. Please include a title and short description for each file, as well as a reference to the relevant publication. If you have a large number of related files, you can provide a title and description that will be applied to many files as an aggregate. If your files are too large to send via email, provide a summary of the files so another transfer method may be arranged.
What should you submit? Please submit sufficient data that another researcher would be able to reproduce the results described in the publication. This may include:
Note that by submitting data to Dryad, you are agreeing to the Dryad Submission License, which essentially states that Dryad can keep and redistribute the data.
In the future, we will develop a system that allows you to submit detailed information along with your dataset, and integrate this system with the article submission process of our partner journals.
