Description Microsatellite data of Bombus pascuorum and B. lapidarius workers and queens collected in the field at 14 different sites. The first four column are individual code, sample site code, cast of individual and date of sampling (early in 2007 or late in 2007 for workers and 2008 for queens), the remaining columns contain the alleles at 9 (pascuorum) or 10 (lapidarius) microsatellite loci (missing data are indicated by "NA").
