This data set is a listing of accession numbers taken from the GenBank records of BIRDD sample sequences. The sequences are of seven nucleic acids and proteins from 207 individual finches of thirteen different species. Records also include sequences from 6 individuals of two sister-taxa of Darwin's finches, Tiaris olivacea and Coerba flaveola.
