Title Reporter gene expression data
Downloaded 7 times
Description For all of the reporter genes tested in the paper, the genomic location of the transgene insertion is provided, along with the relevant annotations. The mean expression (measured as beta-galactosidase activity) and standard deviation of each reporter gene in whole males, whole females, or carcass is provided in units on mOD/min.
