Title Balsam Poplar nuclear genomic SNP loci
Downloaded 100 times
Description These data are diploid SNP genotypes for 412 nuclear genomic regions in Populus balsamifera (balsam poplar). Individuals are grouped in Col A according to population of origin (pop = ""), and each row is a unique individual (e.g., individual 1 from pop "BOY" = "BOY01"). Each biallelic SNP is represented by 2 columns per individual. Alleles symbols are the nucleotide bases at that locus; missing data are represented as "?". Loci are labeled across row 1 and are named according to the transcript I.D. from the Populus trichocarpa genome.
