Title Nuclear microsatellite data of western Olea europaea subsp guanchica populations

Description Matrix containing 105 Olea guanchica individuals sampled on four oceanic islands and genotyped with six nuclear microsatellites. The attached matrix has a SPAGeDI format, but please note that geographical coordinates are not included for some populations. This does not cause a problem when running the program to obtain population differentiation estimates. Also note that allele sizes are detailed without corrections after the M13 amplification technique. For more info on the study system, please contact Carlos García-Verdugo (cgarciav@bio.ucm.es)
