Description This excel file covers the raw data of paper entitle "ACC deaminase-producing rhizosphere bacteria modulate plant responses to flooding". This includes the data of short term and long term Rumex palustris under 3 and 17 day submergence. The data also covers the raw data about the effect of ACC deaminase producing bacteria and ACC deaminase deficient mutant on plant submergence response (table 1-3 of supporting materials). Data were collected in glasshouse and laboratory of Utrecht University. Abbreviations: Wild-Bac, ACC deaminase bacteria; Mutant-Bac, ACC deaminase deficient mutant; No-Bac, control without bacteria inoculation; Ethylene, Post submergence ethylene production; FreshRoots, fresh weight of root; Freshshoot, fresh weight of shoot; Dryroot, Dry weight of root; Dryshoot, Dry weight of shoot.
