Description This function can be called in two ways: 1) Called with let_evolve==1, it calculates fitness for the resident strategy and classes*classes*2 mutant strategies, which differ from the resident strategy by delta in one parameter at a time (either higher or lower). It then creates an updated resident strategy in which each parameter has been changed in the direction of selection. 2) Called with let_evolve==0, it calculates mutant fitness of 10 levels per behavioural parameter for plotting, spanning the whole range of possible values.

Description Wf(E,cf,saturation,x,t) female fitness as a function of fecundity E, mating costs cf, the sperm 'saturation' parameter, number of matings x, and sperm load t. We use a cumulative negative exponential function, which can be interpreted biologically such that stored sperm passes at a constant rate through a fertilisation duct at the time of fertilisation, and eggs are fertilised at a constant rate as long as stored sperm pass through the duct.
