Description Three spreadsheets are included: "spontaneous" gives the counts of petite and grande colonies for spontaneous petite mutants; "spont.posteriors" gives the MCMC estimates for the spontaneous mutants; "evolved" gives the counts of petite and grande colonies for the three ancestors (X, Y, and Z) selected at each of five effective population sizes (1, 3, 10, 32, 100). The mip1-deleted control is also included on the "evolved" and "spontaneous" spreadsheets.
