Description A Matlab structure for each organism contains the x positions of identified cells in the microchannel. Each structure contains the flowrate and the x positions measured at that flow rate. These data were used in producing the cell concentration profiles in Figure 2.

Title Cell orientations

Description Matlab structures contain the positions and angular orientations of cells for CCMP 452 and CCMP1320 in different flow conditions. Positions are given in pixels. Pixel size is 17 microns. For CCMP 452, a magnification of 6x was used. For CCMP 1320, a magnification of 15x was used. Area of cells is given in pixels. Note that the mean shear in the channel is half of the flow rate.

Description Matlab structures contain measured cell trajectories at the flow rate corresponding to a mean channel shear of 2.5 s^-1. These trajectories were used to produce the angular velocity plots in Figure 4.
