Title Response to Crowding of 10 Pea Aphid Genotypes

Description This csv file contains the offspring phenotype counts (winged and wingless) from ten pea aphid females of ten genotypes. Offspring were collect for 24 hours prior to counting (pre-crowding) and four consecutive days post-crowding (Day 1-4). The winged offspring percentage was also calculated. There are three replicates. The original location of each genotype's wild collection site is also included. The facultative endosymbionts are included for each genotype.

Title Pea Aphid Offspring Phenotype Counts from Individual Females

Description This csv file contains pea aphid offspring phenotype counts (winged and wingless) from three genotypes of 30 individual females. Females were crowded for 24 hours in three groups of ten and moved individually to plants for 24 hours. Offspring larviposited on the plants were counted. This measured the individual female response of female aphids to crowding conditions. The grouped type are the sum of the offspring from each crowded group (i.e. females 1-10 were crowded together and are group 1).
