Description This repository contains the data necessary to plot each figure from 1 to 4, and S1 and S2. Also in folder Haploview_Slider_PopArt_data, we include the nucleotide alignments and and output data from haploview, and input data for popart, slider and dnasp5. In the root, we included two excel files. Raw scores of haplotypes and data procesing for generating input files for haploview and phase.
