Description qPCR results for environmental water samples tested for the presence of eDNA from redside dace (Clinostomus elongatus). Columns show field codes for environmental samples, triplicate qPCR results for estimated copy number, as well as mean and standard deviation across replicates, and threshold cycle (Ct) for each result. Additional columns show sampling season (spring / fall) and TaqMan chemistry (Fast / Environmental qPCR master mix)
