Description We include three sets of data. (1) Raw FASTQ files with all primers and adaptors trimmed using the software GENEIOUS 8.1.5; (2) FASTA files of filtered Illumina NGS reads, the "FabunX" in the file title refers to the number corresponding to 1% of total unique sequences and thus the percentage of sequences that were filtered out if they clustered at lower than this density in order to be conservative in avoiding sources of sequencing error. See methods in the manuscript for further details. (3) Details of prey identified in each sample, including GenBank accession numbers, bit scores and the percentage match over the length of the sequence.
