Description We obtained sequence data of humans and 8 other primate species for a region that is orthologous to an intergenic part of human Chromosome 16 (hg19.chr16:60842337-61130970) according to the Multiz alignment of 100 vertebrates in the UCSC genome browser. CpG islands are masked by Repeatmasker.
