Description Maximum Clade Credibility tree (MCC) from 1000 time-calibrated Bayesian posterior phylogenies of all birds evenly sampled from the Bayesian posterior distribution of trees provided by Jetz et al. (2012). Including the large Neotropical family Furnariidae (Derryberry et al. 2011). MCC tree was calculated in TreeAnnotator v 2.1.3 (implemented in BEAST; Heled and Bouckaert 2013) using median node ages.
