Description Data includes death occurrence data of Galleria mellonella (wax moth) after injection of different doses of bacteria that had grown 48 hours in plant or animal based mediums, in high or low concentrations. ResourceType (1=plant, 2=animal), ResoureLevel (1=low concentrations, 2=high concentration), Dead =observation of death (1) (0 =alive), at time of death/observation (ToD). Treatment equals 1 level factor of treatments (plant low, plant high, animal low, animal high, 1,2,3,4, respectively). CFU =colony forming units in 1 ml of bacterial diluted suspension injected to bacteria. LogCFU = log transformed CFU. Filter = is used to exclude observations of which logCFU<1.96, and >6.59.
