Title proximate dispersal cues in a social spider
Downloaded 31 times
Description We manipulated foraging opportunities in field colonies of the social spider Stegodyphus dumicola, and tested how it affects individual reproduction dispersal. We followed colonies cleared of nests around them to count the number of dispersal nests from each colony, their distance, reproductive state, and survival. We used JMP for the statistical analysis.
