Description Sequence alignments for all 30 loci are given as .phy format files. For intra-specific (Fig. 2a), inter-specific (Fig 2b) and inter-generic (Fig. 2c) comparison, representative taxa have been selected from these alignments. First three letters in an accession name indicate the species used, fourth and fifth letters show the country of collection according to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and the last two digits represent accession number.
