Title GDSseagrasses
Description Excel file containing Cymodocea nodosa (first sheet) and Posidonia oceanica (second sheet) datasets. First colums contain location identifiers (see Alberto et al., 2008 and Arnaud-Haond et al., 2007 for correspondencies), locus names are indicated in the first lines (see Albert et al., 2003 a&b) and genotypes matrix are filled without missing data and with 3digits per allele coprresponding to thei length on chromatograms.
