Description The data file is in GenAlEx format. The first line contains (in order): number of markers used, total number of samples, number of populations and number of samples per population. Second line: species name and name of each population. Third line: columns headers (from 3rd columns onwards: markers names).The rest of the file contains the data: 1st column is sample name, 2nd column population of belonging, following columns microsatellite data (every sample is showed in one line format, therefore two columns are used for each marker).
