Description Summary of mutations identified from sequenced clones taken from transfer 20 (bacterial generation ~150). Clones were sequenced on the illumina MiSeq platform and reads aligned using BWA. Small variants (SNPs and small indels) were identified using GATK HaplotypeCaller and SNPeff and structural rearrangements identified using BreakDancer. Data are shown in figure 1, S1 and table S2.
