Title BRANCHLESS TRICHOME Alignment
Downloaded 4 times
Description Partial sequence alignment of Brassicaceae BRANCHLESS TRICHOME (BLT) homologues. Sequences were assembled, edited, and manually aligned by codon using Geneious Pro (version 5.6.6, Biomatters, Auckland, New Zealand; http://www.geneious.com; Kearse et al. 2012).

Title ITS Alignment
Downloaded 4 times
Description Partial sequence alignment of Brassicaceae ITS homologues. Sequences were assembled, edited, and aligned using Geneious Pro (version 5.6.6, Biomatters, Auckland, New Zealand; http://www.geneious.com; Kearse et al. 2012). Sequences were aligned with the MUSCLE algorithm (Edgar 2004) and then manually adjusted.
