Description The data file contains the network data and Rcode used in the study. The files Zackenberg_1996.xlsx and Zackenberg_1997.xlsx contain the daily pollinator-plant interaction matrices for 1996 and 1997, respectively. These matrices were used by the first time in: Olesen JM, Bascompte J, Elberling H, and Jordano P. (2008) Temporal dynamics in a pollinator network. Ecology 89, 1573-1582. The code to calculate the feasibility, stability, and nestedness of any given matrix is provided and commented in toolbox.R. We are also proving a commented example (example.R) to illustrate the application of this code as in the manuscript.
