Title Suppl. Table 3 Brayard&Escarguel
Downloaded 64 times
Description Mantel tests for the correlation between the geographical distance matrix (D) and the matrix of differences between two similarity matrices (S1 and S2) computed for two distinct phylogenetical, geometrical or ornamental categories. Lower triangle: Pearson’s correlation (r); upper triangle: permutation p-value (null hypothesis: no linear correlation between D and (S1 – S2), i.e. no difference between the SDD rates related to S1 and S2).
