Description This folder contains the Matlab files used to run the GMDP and create the figures in the paper. It also contains the R code required to parameterise the likelihood function and the R code for drawing the classification trees. Occupancy data for RFBE and Gambusia are contained in the excel file 'Edgbaston Presence Data.xlsx'. See the included readme file for details of the code.
