Description Pairwise matrix of the times that species became allopatric. For sympatric species this is 9e9, aka never. For allopatric species this is the time (in millennia) from the tree root to the species' creation node. These times are inferred from the combination of the phylogeny and island data. Species are simply considered sympatric when they share one or more islands.
