Description These data were collected during an experimental conducted in 2013 on pigeons housed in aviaries. We measured the composition of feather bacterial communities (data 2), Bacterial load and preening behaviour (Time spent preening). We took into account Zinc exposure, Lead exposure, plumage colouration (Melanin type and Eumelanin level), Sexe, Aviary and Feather weight (data 1).
