Description Contains results of leaf-to-canopy scaling as shown in Fig 4 and Table 4.Leaf-level respiration measurements were made in the laboratory at different temperatures and this was used to calculate Q10 and R25 values for each leaf. These data were used along with species specific information on leaf area index and relative abundance , long-term temperature data, and information on the relationship between respiration and irradiance to model stand level annual respiration fluxes, using R for data analysis.
