Each clone was estimated against each of the 12 phage populations. The morphology and plasmid status (0, plasmid free or 1, plasmid containing) of each clone is also included. Treatments are identified as plasmid free (FP) and plasmid containing (PP).

Mutants A1-4 were derived from challenge with the ancestral phage while mutants E1-5 were challenged with evolved phages. WT denotes the wild type, susceptible strain.
