Title Microsatellites genotype from 406 whale sharks
Downloaded 74 times
Description 14 microsatellites genotype from 406 whale sharks collected in 7 different location worldwide. 0 represents missing values. Description of each microsatellites with multiplex detail is included in the supplementary material of the publication. Genemapper was used to read the lenght of each allele.

Title Whale Sharks Control region raw 506 individuals
Downloaded 73 times
Description This excel dataset can be saved in .fasta - Locations and year of collection are described when available. 'N' means unknown, while '-' indicates gap. Additional sequences can be found on genebank from Castro et al. 2007, but seems to be reversed. Analysis performed in Vignaud et al. 2014 used modified dataset to remove N and large gaps as described in the methods.
