Title Genotype and phenotype primary data

Description Files include genotype (*_gens.ped & *_gens.map) and phenotype (*_phens.txt) for the GWAS and single marker association analysis (SMA). In GWAS file, the alleles are recoded as 1 and 2. In SMA file, a total of nine mutations were genotyped. All missing data of genotype files are recoded as 0, and missing data of phenotype files as NA.
