Upload the genomic sequence to be used by using fastaread command from matlab. genomenomode.m - Use this file for creating Fig. 1. and Fig. 2(a) and 2(c). The code calculates Correlation. MIR.m - Use this file for Fig. 2(b). calculates MIR. Needs additional file powerthres.m. thresholdgreater.m - Use this file for creating Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The code applies threshold and the network can be created for selected thresholds. one_dim_gene.m - This code is needed for calculating the specificity and sensitivity in separated genes. It converts all the values into one dimension. This codes reads data generated by file gene_separated_genomenomod.m ROC_gene.m - Use this file for creating Fig. 5. and calculating the sensitivity and specificity values for genes at different thresholds.
