Description Scripts can be run by modifying RRSmodel.R to set the working directory. Parameters used in the manuscript have been entered into RRSmodel.R. However, the values can be modified to test other parameter values as desired. The script will write files to a directory called 'output' that must be in the working directory. The 'source' directory and its contents must also be in the working directory.
