Description "Data file Noreikiene et al.xls" contains information on brain region (bulbus olfactorius, telencephalon, tectum opticum, cerebellum and hypothalamus) volumes and total brain volume, which were estimated using the ellipsoid model in three-spined sticklebacks as described in the paper. Also, the data file provides information on the sex and body size of individuals used in the study, their pedigree information and treatments they were exposed to.
