Title Experiment_1
Downloaded 20 times
Description Individual level consumption of protein and carbohydrate (labeled as Pcons and Ccons in the data file) was measured in which flies where exposed to 1 of 24 diets. Competitive adult fitness assays were then used to estimate male and female fitness (Comp_fitness).

Title Experiment_2
Downloaded 13 times
Description Binary choice assay in which flies were given unrestricted access to two different foodstuffs. Individual level consumption of protein and carbohydrates (labeled here as Pcons and Ccons) were estimated. Which inbred line (IL) and replicate vial (Vial) the fly came from, and the fly's sex was also recorder.
