Description Nexus file of alignment of 56 sequences for the maximum likelihood phylogeny of Attaleinae (Arecaceae) based on concatenation of seven nuclear WRKY genes (5.648 kb) analysed using PHYML software. The ML tree was applied to Mesquite software for optimization of genome sizes across the Attaleinae phylogeny for reconstruction of ancestral genome sizes.
