Description The file contains three tables which list the single datapoints, means, standard errors and samples sizes that underlie the graphs shown in the paper. The first table contains the data of the cell numbers, the cell areas and the quantitation of the investigated molecules by immunofluorescence. It refers to figures 4-7 and 10. The second table contains the data of the qualitative rating of the cytoskeletal architecture in figure 8. The third table lists the metabolomics data which are shown in figures 9 and 10.
