Description The zip archive contains the results from our simulations used in this paper. The text files are the raw simulation results. The file names indicate the parameters used for the simulation. The naming convention is "(type of FDS)_("loc" or "reg" to indicate predator perspective)_(genetic architecture: "ul" for unlinked, "linked" for linked genes with equal morph fitness, and either "cep" or "hel" for directional selection with NFDS or PFDS respectively)." For example, "PFDS_reg_ul3.txt" contains simulation results for positive frequency dependent selection, regional predator perspective, and unlinked loci with equal base attack rate. The number indicates that this is the third simulation (of 10) at these parameter values. The columns of each text file are: 1) row number, 2) migration rate input parameter, 3) input parameter for the percentage of the population subject to frequency dependent selection, 4) predator perspective, 5) genetic architecture. Columns 6 through 14 are the number of individuals with a given genotype in population 1 in a given generation. Columns 15 through 23 are the number of individuals with a given genotype in population 2. There are 251 generations at each set of parameter values. The .csv files share the same naming conventions, and have comparisons of four metrics to describe population morph complement from the simulation results.
