This file includes genotypic values used for QTL mapping as well as replicate measures of whorl mass, carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorous allocation from Brassica rapa recombinant inbred lines (R500 x IMB211 RIL set) raised in three environmental treatments (control, high density, and moisture stress) at the University of Wyoming Agricultural Experiment Station.
