Description This is a matrix of genotype and phenotype information in .csv file format with F2 genotype called as heterozygotes (H) and homozygotes (A = M. guttatus, B = M. laciniatus) at each SNP marker. Each row is a SNP marker and each column is an individual. Phenotypes are described in the top 6 columns. This file is formatted to be input into Rqtl.
