The column "Virulence" is infectivity (0 or 1) Variables_dynamique.xlsx contains host and parasite population sizes population_sizes_dynamics contains R code to analyse the dynamics of host and parasite populations correlations_and_nestedness contains R code to analyse the infectivity matrices (analyses ii to iv in the paper) temporal_trends_infectivity contains R code to analyse temporal trends in infectivity (analysis v in the paper)
