Downloaded 31 times
Description This is an archive zip file, which contains all the original mtDNA Cox1 sequence data on both region and population levels. For each population, the abbreviation is the same as that given in Table 1 in this manuscript accepted by Journal of Evolutionary Biology. Likewise, general sequences were aligned and defined with Clustal X and DNAsp softwares, and primary analyses like AMOVA with Arlequin were also included.
