Title ITS plus plastid combined data set with all samples included

Description This is a nexus file (6817 positions) with parsimony commands of the combined nuclear ITS (positions 1-699) and plastid data set. The latter comprises trnL-trnF (700-1698), ndhF-rpl32-trnL (1699-2687, separated into ndhF (1699-2687) and rpl32-trnL (2688-3838)), trnV-ndhC (3839-5222, with a variable region at 3839-3939), and trnS-trnG (5223-6817). The data set includes all 38 samples included in the study.

Description This is a nexus file with parsimony commands and is a combined nuclear ITS (sites 1-695) plus combined plastid data set of 6810 positions. The latter comprises trnL-trnF (696-1694), ndhF-rpl32-trnL (1695-3833, subdivided into ndhF (1695-2682) and rpl32-trnL (2683-3833)), trnV-ndhC (3834-5217, with an initial variable region designated at 3834-3934), and trnS-trnG (5218-6810). The data set includes 30 samples of the 38 total in the study; 8 are excluded because of topological conflict between nrITS and plastid results.
