Description This software was developed by Qi, Tiang and Xu, Haiming, which could be used to mapping QTL of seed traits for several designs including biparental backcross design, IF2 designe, random mating or selfing of IF2. The mixed linear model based composite interval mapping is used in mapping QTL. The software can simultaneously analyze the QTL maternal effects and embryo or endosperm effects, as well as their interaction effects with environments
