Title fine_scale_females
Downloaded 30 times
Description Microsatellite genotypes and GPS coordinates of FEMALE African striped mice for fine-scale genetic analysis. Mice were collected from August to November 2008 in the Goegap Nature Reserve, South Africa. The file is in Spagedi format: individual identification, GPS coordinates (Location 1&2) and genotypes of 12 microsatellite loci.

Description Microsatellite genotypes and GPS coordinates of MALE African striped mice for fine-scale genetic analysis. Mice were collected from August to November 2008 in the Goegap Nature Reserve, South Africa. The file is in Spagedi format: individual identification, GPS coordinates (Location 1&2) and genotypes of 12 microsatellite loci.

Title Stripm-7pop
Downloaded 25 times
Description Microsatellite genotypes of seven subpopulations of African striped mice collected August to November 2008 in the Goegap Nature Reserve, South Africa. Individuals of the first two populations, Start and End, are also represented in the Spagedi data files "fine_scale_females.txt" and fine_scale_males.txt". Individual identifiers refer to m=male and f=female. Geographic distances between the populations are available in the supporting online information.
