Description This data file contains the microsatellite (STR) genotypes for 176 Pristionchus pacificus strains collected from La Reunion Island. These strains were genotyped at 19 loci (which included 14 di-nucleotide, four tri-nucleotide, one tetra-nucleotide and one penta-nucleotide repeat), using the primer pairs, protocol and cycling conditions detailed in (Morgan et al., 2012).
